For the last couple years I've been trying to track the books I've been reading using the Goodreads site.
Here's what I hope to accomplish this year with the help of Goodreads --
1) Get all my books tagged in the site -- so far I have 631 books entered, 365 that I've read and 254 that I want to read.
2) Get all my office books processed -- that is, every book in my office should be (a) "accepted" as a physical artifact with a real history and a future, (b) stickered, (c) entered into Goodreads with the correct location tag, and (d) placed on the right physical shelf in alpha order.
3) Finish up tracking my 2019 Reading Challenge books -- I had a goal to read 50 books in 2019 and have only captured 33 so far. I think there are more, just need to go back through my journals and mails.
4) Set up the 2020 Reading Challenge for 60 books and start tracking.
One non-Goodreads goal that is somewhat related is that I plan to make a post on this site for every book I read in 2020, even if its a short post.. We'll see how that goes. Will pull in a few from December 2019 -- like the 1491 comments from yesterday.
